Sports betting in Malaysia has long been part of sports fan culture — from friends casually placing small bets while watching EPL together, to serious enthusiasts analysing stats before every match. rp99 understands this and has built its sports platform specifically to meet the needs of Malaysian players from all backgrounds.
The first thing you'll notice when you enter the Sports section at rp99 is the sheer range of matches available. Not just the major European leagues like EPL, La Liga and Bundesliga — rp99 also covers Asian leagues closer to the heart of Malaysian players, including the Malaysia Super League, Japan's J.League, and Southeast Asian leagues that other platforms often overlook.
It's no surprise that football sees the most betting activity at rp99. It's the world's number one sport, and Malaysia is no exception — Harimau Malaya and the EPL are two topics that never go cold at mamak stalls across the country. rp99 gives you access to over 200 football leagues from every continent, with more than 300 matches every week to choose from.
For EPL alone, every match comes with dozens of betting markets — from the standard 1X2 and Asian Handicap, to speciality markets such as the first player to receive a card, total corners in the match, or the exact half-time score. This depth of markets makes rp99 one of the most comprehensive platforms for Malaysian football fans.
Badminton is a sport truly close to the heart of Malaysians, and rp99 gives it the full spotlight. From the BWF World Tour to the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup, every major badminton championship in the world is available on rp99 with comprehensive betting markets.
What makes badminton betting at rp99 special is the highly active live (in-play) betting feature. Odds shift in real time according to how the game is unfolding — when your favourite player wins the first set, the odds for an overall win update instantly. This creates opportunities that simply don't exist with regular pre-match betting.
Malaysia's esports community is among the most active in Southeast Asia, and rp99 is right at the centre of it. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (ML:BB) is the most popular title — with MPL Malaysia and MSC regularly driving waves of betting activity within the community. Beyond that, Dota 2 International, CS2 Major, Valorant Champions Tour, and PUBG Mobile Global Championship are all available at rp99.
Esports betting works much like conventional sports — you can bet on who wins the match, how many maps are played, which team wins the first map, and many more esports-specific markets you won't find anywhere else.
The in-play live betting feature at rp99 is among the most advanced in the industry. Watching a match live while tracking shifting odds on your phone screen — the adrenaline rush that comes with it is an experience that's hard to put into words.
Rp99 provides real-time match statistics — ball position, possession percentage, total shots, cards and more. This information helps you make data-driven betting decisions rather than relying on gut feeling alone. With odds updated every few seconds, live betting at rp99 is a truly thrilling experience.
All sports bets at rp99 are processed through a system protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your betting data, winning records and personal information are stored at the highest security level. Our streamlined KYC process ensures your winnings can be withdrawn quickly — in Malaysian Ringgit directly to your bank account or preferred e-wallet.
