By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by rp99 through the website rp99.bar or any associated platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use rp99's services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. rp99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.

• Notify rp99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not share your account or allow others to play using your account.
• Keep your account details — especially your bank account number and e-wallet information — up to date at all times.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Rp99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX/internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank cards. All deposits are credited to your account within minutes upon successful payment confirmation.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 per transaction (subject to current promotions).
• Maximum deposit: Depends on your VIP tier and the payment method used.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties, business accounts, or unknown sources are not accepted.

Documents required for KYC:

• Valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie holding your identity document (for additional verification if required).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account portal or by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned after identity verification.

Rp99 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

Rp99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised.
